Taking a break from some field study work at Dolores Park, myself and Josh stopped at Chile Pies on Church Street.They mostly make Mexican pot pies, both sweet and savoury, as well as pasties (or 'hand pies' as they're calling them, so fancy) and salads.
As Brits, we just couldn't pass up a good pie (of course)!
We both when for the 'green chile' pie with cheddar crust - mine was vegetable, Josh's was chicken - with chile verde on the side.
They definitely lived up to our expectations!
